1. General Terms
- Bigbcabz Bangalore Travels provides cab services for Local, Outstation, and Airport transfers
- By confirming a booking through our website, phone, or WhatsApp, the customer agrees to all terms mentioned herein.
- All vehicles are provided with trained drivers and are subject to availability.
2. Pricing & Fare Policy
2.1 Local Cab Services
- Local packages are based on 8 hours / 80 km.
- If the usage exceeds 8 hours or 80 km, additional charges apply as mentioned below
- Unused hours or kilometers are not refundable or adjustable
Local Cab Billing Rules:
- Extra hours and kilometers are charged as per vehicle category.
- Toll charges, parking fees, and entry charges are extra and payable by the customer.
- Vehicle seating capacity and luggage limits must be adhered to.
2.2 Outstation Cab Services
- Minimum billing of 300 km per day is mandatory.
- If the vehicle runs less than 300 km in a day, billing will still be calculated for 300 km per day.
- Per kilometer rate is fixed per vehicle category and shared at the time of booking.
- Driver Bata: ₹400 per day (mandatory).
- Toll charges, parking fees, and other state permit charges are extra and charged as per actuals.
Complimentary Facilities (Outstation):
- Free drinking water bottle for passengers
- Free tissue paper for passenger convenience
2.3 Airport Cab Services
- Airport transfers have a minimum 35 km billing limit.
- Vehicle prices differ based on the selected vehicle category.
- Toll charges and parking charges are extra.
- After exceeding 35 km, additional kilometers will be charged at ₹15 per km (only for excess km).
- Complimentary water bottle and tissue paper are provided.
3. Vehicle Capacity & Usage
- Seating capacity mentioned is inclusive of the driver.
- Excess passengers or luggage beyond permitted limits are not allowed
- Bigbcabz reserves the right to deny service if safety norms are violated.
4. Delays & Responsibility
- While every effort is made to ensure on-time pickup, Bigbcabz is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic congestion
- Weather conditions
- Roadblocks, strikes, or government restrictions
- The company is not liable for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
5. Driver Working Hours
- Driver working hours are calculated as per package booked.
- Extended driving beyond permissible hours may require driver rest, as per safety norms.
6. Payment Terms
- Full or partial payment may be required before trip commencement.
- Final billing will be based on actual usage as per agreed terms.
- Payments once made are subject to cancellation and refund policy.
