1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within the permitted time frame
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Partial usage of the booked service
- Early trip completion by the customer
- Delay due to traffic, weather, or road conditions
- Change of plans after trip commencement
- No-show by the customer at pickup location
3. Modification of Booking
- Changes in pickup time, date, or destination are subject to availability.
- Fare difference due to changes must be paid by the customer.
- Modifications requested at the last minute may be treated as cancellation.
4. Disputes
- Any fare or service-related dispute must be reported within 24 hours of trip completion.
- Bigbcabz Bangalore Travels’ decision shall be final in all disputes.
